Health-preserving antimicrobial ceramic glaze
The invention relates to a health-preserving antimicrobial ceramic glaze which is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of shell, 5-15 parts of bone meal, 5-10 parts of aluminum oxide, 0.1-0.5 part of ferric oxide, 5-15 parts of spodumene, 3-10 parts of tin oxide, 10-30 parts of Dehua ore, 5-10 parts of crystal stone, 1-5 parts of talcum and 2-10 parts of diatom ooze. The health-preserving antimicrobial ceramic glaze is also composed of the following basic components in common transparency glaze: 10-15 parts of limestone, 20-30 parts of feldspar, 1-5 parts of zinc, 20-30 parts of quartz and 1-4 parts of magnesium carbonate. The antimicrobial ceramic prepared from the antimicrobial glaze is affinitive to the human body, and contains multiple elements required by the human body. The health-preserving antimicrobial ceramic glaze has the advantages of lower cost than silver control bacteria and wide application range, and can be made into antimicrobial ceramics with various colors. The health-preserving antimicrobial ceramic glaze has high sterilizing rate, the antimicrobial rate for Escherichia coli is up to 98.7-99.3%, and the antimicrobial rate for Staphylococcus aureus is up to 99.95%. The antimicrobial ceramic glaze is suitable for various domestic ceramics, various sanitary wares, construction ceramic tiles, technical ceramics and the like, and can be used for producing antimicrobial ceramics with various colors.
