Preparation method of environment-friendly self-preservative polycarboxylate superplasticizer
The invention provides an environment-friendly self-preservative polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is prepared through a free radical copolymerization reaction of a carboxylic acid monomers A, a high-molecular-weight polyether macro-monomer B and a functional guanidine salt monomer C with a molar ratio of 1-5:1:0.01-0.2. The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly self-preservative polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and an application of the superplasticizer in concrete preparation. According to the environment-friendly self-preservative polycarboxylate superplasticizer, antibacterial functional groups are subjected to free radical copolymerization with unsaturated monomers forming the superplasticizer, such that the superplasticizer is provided with an intrinsic antimicrobial preservative function. In post complexation processes, no additional preservative is needed, and polycarboxylate superplasticizer shelf life can be substantially prolonged. With the polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be prevented from deterioration for 12 months. The environment-friendly self-preservative polycarboxylate superplasticizer is harmless to human and to the environment, and is green and environment-friendly.
