The pavement sliding formwork mold comprises a sliding formwork support, a spiral material distribution shaft, vibrating sticks, a plastering plate, a plastering plate horizontal driving device and a side adjusting plate. The sliding formwork support comprises a square main support, connecting lugs are arranged on the upper end face of the main support, the spiral material distribution shaft is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the front end of the main support, vibrating stick oil cylinders with piston rods stretching downwards are vertically fixed to the two central sides of the part behind the spiral material distribution shaft, of the main support respectively, the top ends of the piston rods of the vibrating stick oil cylinders are in hinged joint with the two sides of the upper end face of a vibrating stick fixing beam respectively, and the vibrating stick fixing beam and the spiral material distribution shaft are axially arranged at the bottom of the main support in parallel. Positioning devices are perpendicularly and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the main support, side adjusting plates are vertically arranged on the positioning devices in a vertical sliding mode, side adjusting plate oil cylinders with piston rods stretching downwards are vertically fixed to the parts, above the side adjusting plates, of the main support, and the piston rods of the side adjusting plate oil cylinders are in hinged joint with the side adjusting plates.
