The invention discloses a bridge expansion joint structure provided with a joint-crossing plate. The bridge expansion joint structure comprises an expansion joint and a sealing structure arranged on the expansion joint, the expansion joint is formed by a space between two adjacent beam plates, a bridge deck pavement layer is laid on each beam plate, each bridge deck pavement layer is shorter than the corresponding beam plate so that mounting gaps can be reserved, and the sealing structure comprises the joint-crossing plate and a sealant layer; the joint-crossing plate is laid on the expansion joint and covers up the expansion joint completely; each of the adjacent beam plates and the corresponding laid bridge deck pavement layer are jointed in an enclosed mode on the joint-crossing plate, so that a sealing groove is formed, the sealing groove is filled with silicone foam sealant, and the upper surface of the sealant layer formed by the silicone foam sealant and the upper surface of the bridge deck pavement layer are located on the same plane; the width of the joint-crossing plate is shorter than that of the sealing groove, and the two sides of the joint-crossing plate are both connected with the silicone foam sealant; the silicone foam sealant comprises a silicone sealant white constituent, a silicone sealant gray constituent, a cross-linking agent, water and a platinum catalyst.
