Sweeping device with rolling brush fuzzy self-adjusting function
The invention provides a sweeping device with a rolling brush fuzzy self-adjusting function. The sweeping device comprises two rolling brushes, two isosceles trapezoidal supporting frames, driving devices and a control device. The sweeping device is characterized in that the middle part of each supporting frame is provided with a reinforcing rib; a sliding bearing seat is embedded into chutes of two waists; an upper slide block and a lower slide block are embedded into the chutes of the reinforcing ribs; the inside of each supporting frame is provided with a liftable plate; the liftable plate is provided with two horizontal guide troughs; the ends of the two rolling brushes are successively connected with the sliding bearing seat through penetrating the guide troughs of the liftable plate; the center of the liftable plate is fixedly connected with the lower slide block; the driving devices comprise two stepping motors, active gears, ball screws arranged in the reinforcing ribs, and driven gears which are mounted on top ends of the ball screws; and the control device comprises a cantilever beam which is horizontally mounted between the upper slide block and the top end of the liftable plate fixedly, a pressure sensor which is adhibited with the upper surface of the cantilever beam, and a single-chip microcomputer. The output end of the pressure sensor is connected with the single-chip microcomputer. According to the sweeping device, a pressure between the brush bristle and ground is constant and high operation performance is realized.
