The invention discloses an urban underground road well which comprises a concrete surface layer. A sand-gravel cushion layer is arranged on the lower surface of the concrete surface layer. Reinforcing steel bars are vertically inserted between the sand-gravel cushion layer and a concrete cushion layer in a penetrating mode. The lower surface of the sand-gravel cushion layer is located on a reinforced concrete structural layer. A water seepage layer is built in the reinforced concrete structural layer. An air pipe is connected between the reinforced concrete structural layer and the sand-gravel cushion layer. A well shaft body is vertically installed among the concrete surface layer, the sand-gravel cushion layer and the reinforced concrete structural layer. The portion, close to the top, of the well shaft body is connected with the concrete surface layer and the sand-gravel cushion layer through fixing pieces respectively. An exhaust device is arranged at the portion, close to the lower portion, of the outer side face of the well shaft body and located on the lower surface of the sand-gravel cushion layer. The urban underground road well is firm in structure, quite good in steel supporting performance and uniform in stress, the well shaft sinking phenomenon is avoided, a well shaft can be well fixed, the exhaust effect is good, and it is avoided that after moisture is gathered in a well, harmful gas is generated and surroundings are influenced.
