Detachable support replacing method for underground structure post-cast strip and structure
The invention discloses a detachable support replacing method for an underground structure post-cast strip. The method comprises the following steps that 1, steel bars of main structural members where the post-cast strip is located are constructed, operation space for dismounting and mounting support replacing members is reserved, and steel bar connectors are arranged on the two sides of the top face of the post-cast strip; 2, steel wire meshes are arranged on the two sides of the post-cast strip through bearing rods; 3, the two ends of the support replacing members are fixed to the steel bars of the main structural members through connecting devices; 4, concrete of the main structural members on the two sides of the post-cast strip is poured; and 5, when the support replacing members are allowed to be removed, the support replacing members are removed by loosening the connecting devices, steel bars above the post-cast strip are mounted through the steel bar connectors, and post-cast strip concrete is poured in a sealing manner after the steel bars are mounted. According to the detachable support replacing method, after support replacing construction of the main structure is finished, the support replacing members can be recycled conveniently, consumed materials are reduced, and project cost is reduced; and meanwhile conditions are created for standard preparation and cyclic utilization of the support replacing members.
