The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and relates to a quick connection type bar. The technical problem that a quick connection type bar in the prior art is inconvenient to use is solved. The quick connection type bar comprises a strip-shaped bar body, wherein one end of the bar body is fixedly connected with a connector; the other end of the bar body is in clamped connection with a movable joint; and accommodating cavities which can be connected with connecting pieces are formed in the connector and the movable joint respectively. The quick connection type bar is high in congruence degree and is suitable for different prefabricated components.
