The invention discloses a full-sealing waterproof construction method implemented by using sealant, and relates to the field of waterproof construction of buildings. The full-sealing waterproof construction method implemented by using the sealant comprises the following specific steps of mixing the waterproof sealant and water according to a certain proportion; performing prime coat on a portion to be constructed; widely brushing the waterproof sealant on a base surface to be constructed to form a sealant waterproof layer; and performing waterproof treatment on joints by using the waterproof sealant if the base surface has the joints. The waterproof sealant can be in chemical crosslinking or physical mortise and tenon cooperative adhesion with cement or concrete. By the full-sealing waterproof construction method, the problem that coiled materials require to be in lap joint is solved. Connection positions and joints can be firmly adhered hermetically; and a full-sealing waterproof and leakage-preventing effect is achieved.
