Gear transmission lead damper
The invention relates to a gear transmission lead damper which comprises a cylinder barrel, a rack, a gear with an internal spline groove, a spline shaft and flanges and the like. The circumference of an inner wall of the gear with the internal spline groove is provided with the internal spline groove. The spline shaft is placed at the central position of the gear with the internal spline groove, a shaft body of the spline shaft is also provided with a spline groove, the spline groove is kept opposite to the spline groove positioned in the inner wall of the gear with the internal spline groove, and a gap is reserved between a convex key of the spline groove and a convex key on the inner wall of the gear with the internal spline groove. An upper flange and a lower flange are welded and sealed with the two ends of a gear shaft, a lead body is located at the position of the gap between the spline shaft and the gear with the internal spline groove, and the upper end and the lower end of the spline shaft extending out of the gear with the internal spline groove are welded to a base plate and a top plate respectively. When the rack performs stretching reciprocating motion, the rack is meshed with teeth of the gear with the internal spline groove to perform transmission and drive the gear with the internal spline groove to rotate; through the reciprocating rotation of the gear with the internal spline groove, the lead body between the gear with the internal spline groove and the spline shaft is driven to undergo plastic deformation, and thus energy is consumed.
