The invention discloses an extensible arm truss system replaceable after an earthquake. The extensible arm truss system comprises a core barrel, a frame column and an extensible arm truss, the extensible arm truss is arranged between the core barrel and the frame column and comprises an energy-dissipating beam section, an upper chord, a lower chord and web members, the lower chord is parallelly arranged below the upper chord, the web members are obliquely arranged between the upper chord and the lower chord, each web member has a first end and a second end, extending directions of the first ends of the web members are crossed, the second ends of the web members are connected with the core barrel or the frame column, two ends of the energy-dissipating beam section are connected with the first ends of the web members respectively, the core barrel is arranged in the middle of a building, and the frame column is arranged on the periphery of the building. By the extensible arm truss system, during the earthquake, the energy-dissipating beam section can dissipate energy of the earthquake, so that the web members are protected; the energy-dissipating beam section is easy to replace after the earthquake, so that economic loss caused by the earthquake is lowered.
