The invention provides a three-glass-layer and two-cavity thermal insulation hollow glass. The three-glass-layer and two-cavity thermal insulation hollow glass comprises an outer glass layer, a middle glass layer, an inner glass layer and separating bars. The three-glass-layer and two-cavity thermal insulation hollow glass is characterized in that the outer glass layer, the middle glass layer and inner glass layer are arranged in order, the separating bars are disposed in the periphery between the outer glass layer and the middle glass layer, between the middle glass layer and the inner glass layer, the glass layers and are adhered to the separating bars through butyl adhesive, a sealant is put at the outsides of the separating bars, cavities are formed between the connected outer glass layer and the middle glass layer, and between the middle glass layer and the inner glass layer, inert gas is filled in the cavities, the outer surface of the outer glass layer is provided with an anatase type nanometer titanium oxide film, the inner surface, faced to the cavity, of the outer glass layer is coated with a low-radiation film, the surface, face to the room, of the middle glass layer is coated with a low-radiation film, and the surface, facing to the room, of the inner glass layer is coated with a thermal insulation low-radiation film. The three-glass-layer and two-cavity thermal insulation hollow glass is excellent in thermal insulation performance and self cleaning performance.
