The invention discloses a modularized multifunctional building component. The modularized multifunctional building component comprises a structural outer frame, functional layers, a reinforced fixing structure, a protective layer, sealing parts and a functional module, wherein each layer of the functional layers which at least contain more than one layer can be divided and combined into a plurality of functional module areas which are used for mounting or embedding of various functional modules according to the requirements; each functional layer is sealed through corresponding sealing part. The modularized multifunctional building component can be used for replacing a wall body, a balcony breast board, a handrail, a window, a roof or the like. Relying on the unique structural outer frame and the integrated modularized structure, the modularized multifunctional building component has the basic functions of protecting and the like of a building enclosing structure, and is also embedded with the functional modules with the functions of converting solar energy into heat energy, electric energy and the like; and various functional and intelligent requirements of a user can be met on the basis of realizing various functions, such as light collecting, heat collecting, and electricity generating by embedding a sensor, a display, a controller, a signal collecting, processing and transmitting device, a network communication device, and the like.
