The invention discloses a pushable finished steel strand beam with a built-in hooping ring. The finished steel strand beam comprises a plurality of steel strands, a mark plate, a steel wire, the hooping ring and a threading head, wherein the steel strands penetrate in the mark plate and are tied up by the steel wire; the hooping ring hoops outer edges of front ends of the steel strands; and the threading head fixedly wraps front tips of the steel strands, outer edges of the front ends of the steel strands and the hooping ring. The pushable finished steel strand beam with the built-in hooping ring has the advantages that by the hooping ring, the front end of the finished steel strand beam can be hooped integrally and can successfully penetrate in a duct of a corrugated tube; and owing to the shape of a traction head, the pushable finished steel strand beam can successfully penetrate in the duct of the corrugated tube, and pushing construction of the finished steel strand beam can be implemented. The pushable finished steel strand beam with the built-in hooping ring has the advantages of simplicity in structure and working procedures and low cost; stressed breakage of the threading head is avoided; and reliability of the finished steel strand beam in a pushing process is improved.
