The invention discloses a precast stair and a production method thereof. The precast stair comprises a reinforcement framework in the shape of the stair, a plurality of reinforcing rib bars connected to the two ends of the reinforcement framework, and a reinforcing device arranged between the reinforcement framework and the reinforcing rib bars. The reinforcing device comprises a plurality of parallel reinforcement bar sets fixedly connected to the two ends of the reinforcement framework. Each reinforcement bar set comprises a plurality of reinforcement bars, the reinforcing rib bars form a first plane, the reinforcement bar sets form a second plane, and the first plane is parallel to the second plane. Every two adjacent reinforcement bars in each reinforcement bar set are connected through a plurality of first rebar segments. The two corresponding adjacent reinforcement bars in every two adjacent reinforcement bar sets are connected through a plurality of second rebar segments. The space among the reinforcement framework, the reinforcing rib bars and the reinforcing device is filled with concrete. The precast stair is convenient to use and can be directly carried to a site when used, on-site construction time is saved, the environment is not polluted, and the cost performance is high.
