The invention provides a magnesian wallboard with an inner decorative face. The magnesian wallboard comprises a wall baseboard and an inner decorative face board, the wall baseboard sequentially comprises a bottom material layer, a nonwoven layer, a gridding cloth layer and a mixed layer from top to bottom, the mixed layer comprises a magnesian middle material layer and a fiberglass layer, the magnesian middle material layer is fitted at the bottom of the fiberglass layer, and the inner decorative face board is a wood veneer, a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) board or an HPL board and is fitted on the top face of the mixed layer. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the magnesian wallboard. The manufacturing method is simple and high in production efficiency. The magnesian wallboard manufactured by the method has the advantages of high attractiveness, high waterproofness, moistureproofness and fireproofness, high strength and long service life.
