The invention discloses a seamless assembled foamed aluminum plate and a preparing method of the seamless assembled foamed aluminum plate. The seamless assembled foamed aluminum plate is assembled by at least two foam aluminum plates; a splicing seam is formed between the splicing surfaces of the foam aluminum plates; bonding agents are arranged in the splicing seams; a layer of irregular foam aluminum plate assembling strips is embedded on the bonding agents in the position of the splicing seam; the hole diameter of each irregular foam aluminum plate assembling strip is identical to the hole diameter of the foam aluminum plates used for assembling; and the outer surface of each assembling strip is flushed with the surface of the assembled foam aluminum plates. The plate uses proper metal bonding agents for bonding the foam aluminum plates with the same preparation methods and the same thicknesses; the assembling strips and the foam aluminum plates in which the assembling strips are embedded have the same preparation methods and the same porosity, so that the splicing seam is covered; and after the foam aluminum plate splicing strips are embedded into the foam aluminum plates, the appearances are completely identical, and the seamless assembling effect is achieved. After the assembling strip is embedded, the assembled foam aluminum plates becomes a whole; the whole plate surface maintains good conductivity and electromagnetic-radiation-resistant performance; and the stability of the plate is improved.
