The invention relates to an underground building natural lighting, daily ventilation, fire smoke exhaust device, which comprises a light collecting cover, a light guiding pipe, an air draft smoking throat pipe, a rotatable diffusion disk and a ventilation pipe which is arranged outside the light guiding pipe, wherein a ventilation protective shutter is arranged outside the upper half portion of the ventilation pipe, a ventilation hole and a ventilation hole baffle plate are arranged on a cross section which is arranged in the middle of the ventilation pipe in a ring shape, and a ventilation screen plate is arranged on the bottom portion of the ventilation pipe. The underground building natural lighting, daily ventilation, fire smoke exhaust device achieves a natural lighting function substantially through the light collecting cover, the light guiding pipe and a closed diffusion disk, and achieves a daily ventilation function substantially through the ventilation screen plate, an opened ventilation hole and a ventilation protective shutter path. The underground building natural lighting, daily ventilation, fire smoke exhaust device can pop up a bounced buckle and has a gap between the light collecting cover and the light guiding pipe after receiving alarm signals when firing and discharging smoke, opens the air draft smoking throat pipe and the rotatable diffusion disk simultaneously, and utilizes a throat pipe to form a vacuum negative pressure pulling force and light guiding pipe streamlined structure suction force to outwardly discharge smoke.
