The invention discloses a truss lifting method. The truss lifting method comprises the following steps: (1) placing the two ends of horizontal trusses on base columns perpendicular to the ground and enabling an upper chord of the horizontal truss to be parallel to the ground; (2) installing a guide rail at the top of the upper chord of the horizontal truss; (3) connecting first longitudinal trusses with first supporting columns perpendicular to the ground and placing the first supporting columns at the tops of the base columns; (4) installing a pulley matched with the guide rail at the bottom of the first supporting column; (5) causing the first supporting column to slide to the other end of the horizontal truss along the upper chord of the horizontal truss; (6) connecting second longitudinal trusses with second supporting columns perpendicular to the ground and placing the second supporting columns at the tops of the base columns; (7) installing steel strand jacks at the top of the first supporting column and the top of the second supporting column and connecting steel strands of the steel strand jacks to the horizontal trusses; and (8) starting the steel strand jacks to lift the horizontal trusses. The truss lifting method has the advantages that the sliding and lifting of the truss are achieved by means of the structure of the truss, the requirements for construction space are reduced, and the lifting cost is also greatly reduced.
