The invention provides a viewing rotating platform, a viewing system and a spherical screen viewing theater. The viewing rotating platform comprises a rotating platform body, a plurality of cables and a cable control device, wherein the rotating platform body is hung by the plurality of cables; the cable control device controls the extension and retraction of the plurality of cables, so that the rotation of the rotating platform body in the direction around each horizontal axis is realized; and the stroke, the speed and the acceleration of the extension and retraction of the cables controlled by the cable control device at different moments in a movie playing process are obtained through advanced analysis according to the motions of personnel in a played movie at different moments, so that in the movie playing process, the motion of the rotating platform body controlled by the cables and the cable control device is synchronously matched with the motion of the personnel in the motive.
