The invention provides a tire clamping apparatus to save space and a vehicle transportation device with the tire clamping apparatus. The tire clamping apparatus (10) uses a table vehicle (11) and a pair of tire clamping arms (20, 21) rotating in the side direction to clamp a tire front the front and the back. Screw thread shafts (30, 31) extend from the front back direction and a driving machine (35) is arranged in a rotation manner; screw nut components (40, 41) are combined with the screw thread shafts (30, 31); the front and the back of the screw nut components (40, 41) move to make the basic end parts (22, 23) rotate to attain a connection structure (60). In this way, a tire is clamped.
