The invention provides a hinge assembly and a refrigerator. The hinge assembly comprises a fixing substrate, a hinge body and an elastic clamping piece. The fixing substrate is provided with a fixing column, a clamping-connecting column and a positioning column. The hinge body is provided with a first mounting hole, a second mounting hole and a third mounting hole. The hinge body is arranged on the fixing substrate in a sleeving manner through cooperation of the first mounting hole and the fixing column, cooperation of the second mounting hole and the clamping-connecting column and cooperation of the third mounting hole and the positioning column. The elastic clamping piece comprises a fixing part, a positioning part and a clamping-connecting part which are connected in sequence, wherein the elastic clamping piece is installed on the fixing substrate through cooperation of a fixing hole in the fixing part and the fixing column, cooperation of a positioning hole in the positioning part and the positioning column and cooperation of a clamping groove in the clamping-connecting part and the clamping-connecting column. By means of the technical scheme, the hinge body can be assembled and disassembled manually, and the assembly efficiency of the hinge body is improved effectively. Meanwhile, the assembly clearance of the hinge body can be effectively reduced, and the assembly precision of the hinge body is ensured.
