A vehicle window glass lifting controlling device comprises a guide rail, a glass supporting rack, a first guide roller and a second guide roller, wherein the glass supporting rack is arranged on the guide rail in a sliding mode, and the first guide roller and the second guide roller are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the guide rail respectively; the first guide roller and the second guide roller are connected with a rolling wheel through a steel wire rope, the rolling wheel is controlled by a motor, a moving and bending mechanism is installed on the guide rail, the moving and bending mechanism comprises a fixing block which is fixed on the guide rail, a movable block is matched with the fixing block, a sliding groove is formed in the guide rail, idler wheels are arranged on the movable block, and therefore the movable block can move inside the sliding groove. The device has the advantages that under the condition that a vehicle is out of electricity, the moving and bending mechanism can simulate the motion of bending in the forward direction and in the reverse direction for multiple times, the steel wire rope is snapped, and the effect of self rescue is achieved.
