The sliding weather door of the roll-on-roll-off ship comprises a frame, a first connecting arm, a first oil cylinder, a door sheet, first pushing heads, second pushing heads, a limit plate, a second oil cylinder and a second connecting arm; when the sliding weather door is opened, the second oil cylinder acts to pull back the second pushing heads and simultaneously pull back the first pushing heads through the first connecting arm, then the door sheet is unlocked, the door sheet is slidably opened by the first oil cylinder through the first connecting arm, and supporting rods are used for supporting the door sheet in an assisting mode; when the sliding weather door is closed, the second oil cylinder acts to push out the second pushing heads and simultaneously push out the first pushing heads through the first connecting arm, then the door sheet is locked, and the door sheet is slidably closed by the first oil cylinder through the first connecting arm. According to the sliding weather door of the roll-on-roll-off ship, the structure is simple, and the weather door can be automatically opened and closed; meanwhile, hydraulic locking is adopted, so that the weather door can be locked reliably, and therefore the safety performance of the weather door is improved.
