Composite wood door connection structure
The invention belongs to the technical field of building doors and windows, and relates to a composite wood door connection structure. The composite wood door connection structure comprises mortises formed in vertical mullions of a door leaf and tenons located on other components of the door leaf and matched with mortises. The upper and lower sides of the tenons make contact with the upper and lower walls of the mortises, guiding grooves are formed in the upper and lower sides of the tenons respectively, stand columns are arranged inside the guiding grooves in a clearance fit mode, arc-shaped blocks are arranged at the tops of the stand columns, the length of the arc-shaped blocks is larger than the diameter of the guiding grooves, and springs are arranged between the arc-shaped blocks and the tenons. Grooves are formed in the upper and lower walls of the mortises respectively and used for containing the arc-shaped blocks. Compared with traditional simple mortise and tenon connection, through the mode of clamping the arc-shaped blocks, it can be prevented that due to kinds of reasons, tenons are withdrawn from mortises.
