The invention relates to a stretching foot lock catch adjusting mechanism which comprises positioning holes (11) formed in a stretching foot (1) and lock catches (21) correspondingly arranged on a fixed foot (2). The stretching foot lock catch adjusting mechanism is characterized in that the positioning holes (11) are two rows of parallel positioning holes, and the two rows of positioning holes (11) are displaced in the length direction of the stretching foot (1); each lock catch (21) consists of a support (211), a first pin (212), a first elastic element (213), a second pin (214), a second elastic element (215) and a pull ring (216); the first pins (212) and the second pins (214) are matched with the positioning holes (11) alternatively to form a locking state; the pull ring (216) is pulled by an external force so that the heads of the first pin (212) and the second pin (214) are withdrawn out of the positioning holes (11) to be unlocked.
