The invention aims to provide a water saving antifreeze valve so as to solve the tap water pipe freezing problems under winter low temperature condition; the water saving antifreeze valve comprises a valve body, a water outlet pipe, and a handle; the handle is placed above the valve body; the valve body is connected with the handle through an male adapter; the water outlet pipe is connected with the handle through a water outlet bend; a water stop valve is connected with a valve body female/male direct adapter through a water stop spring, a male case, a female case and a male ring; the valve body female/male direct adapter is screwed with a sleeve connecting pipe; the water stop valve uses an O-shape ring to seal water; a valve core uses one or two water seal rings to seal water; the valve core is screwed with a water outlet connecting pipe; the water outlet connecting pipe uses one or two O-shape seal rings to seal water; the water outlet bend is screwed with the water outlet connecting pipe; the handle is connected with the water outlet bend through two pins; the water outlet bend is connected with the male adapter through a fixed slide piece. The water saving antifreeze valve can effectively prevent the tap water pipe from being frozen, so the water pipe cannot be burst by freezing weather in winter; the water saving antifreeze valve is suitable for peasant household usage.
