The invention discloses a floor heating device comprising a heat-insulation layer, a heating layer and a heat transferring layer. The heating layer comprises water heating pipes including a square frame pipe and a box body having an inner cavity, the top surface and the bottom surface of the box body are flat surfaces, and the box body is fixed in the square frame pipe through empty pipes, two ends of each empty pipe are respectively fixed to the box body and the frame pipe to communicate the inner cavity of the box body and the frame pipe, and the frame pipe is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. The heat transferring layer comprises a heat transferring plate and a floor layer fixed on the heat transferring layer, the heating layer is arranged on the heat-insulation layer, and the heat transferring layer is detachably overlaid on the upper portion of the heating layer through a supporting mechanism. The floor heating device is uniform and good in heat transferring effect, convenient to mount, and local nonuniform heat will not occur, the heating layer is easy to replace.
