The invention provides a tableware cleaning device which comprises a water tank module which comprises a cleaning room formed with an opening upwards; a water supply module which is arranged on the water tank module; a cleaning module which is arranged in the middle of the cleaning room and comprises a motor unit, a water dividing unit and a cleaning unit, wherein the water dividing unit is communicated with the water supply module and is formed with a plurality of water spraying holes around the sidewall, the cleaning unit is rotatably arranged in the middle of the cleaning room, the motor unit is adapted to drive the cleaning unit to rotate, and a wiping end and a pushing end extend out of the cleaning unit; and a guide rail module which is arranged in the cleaning room in a mode of surrounding the cleaning module; the guide rail module comprises a starting end and a completing end; tableware is adapted to be movably arranged in the guide rail module; when the cleaning unit is rotated, the wiping end is adapted to wipe the tableware at the starting end; and the pushing end is adapted to push the wiped tableware to the completing end of a guide rail module.
