The invention discloses a steel skeleton light board early strength agent and a preparation method thereof. The early strength agent is prepared from the following raw materials by weight percentage: 10%-30% of sodium silicate powder, 5%-10% of sodium fluosilicate powder, 10%-20% of triisopropanolamine, 10%-15% of sodium citrate, 5%-10% of magnesium oxide, 20%-30% of calcium oxide, and 5%-15% of sodium monofluorophosphate. The preparation method includes the steps of: 1. weighing the raw materials according to the mass percent content of: 10%-30% of sodium silicate powder, 5%-10% of sodium fluosilicate, 10%-20% of triisopropanolamine, 10%-15% of sodium citrate, 5%-10% of magnesium oxide, 20%-30% of calcium oxide, and 5%-15% of sodium monofluorophosphate; 2. conducting stirring and mixing; and 3. then adding the weighed sodium citrate and sodium monofluorophosphate powder, further performing stirring for 5-8min, then taking the product out and performing packaging. The steel skeleton light board early strength agent provided by the invention can accelerate cement hydration, lower the cost, and inhibit steel corrosion, and also has certain enhancing effect on the later strength of the steel skeleton light board.
