The present invention discloses a preparation method for a sulfamate formaldehyde condensate and belongs to the field of concrete water reducing agents. The preparation method for the sulfamate formaldehyde condensate comprises: adding raw material water, sodium p-aminobenzesulfonate, phenol, acetone and alkali liquor; carrying out a reaction at a certain temperature,; and then adding urea and acrylamide. According to the preparation method provided by the present invention, by controlling an adding sequence of the raw materials, the reacting time and the temperature, molecular chains of urea, formaldehyde and a mixture are recombined and the molecular weight is changed, and meanwhile acrylamide is grafted as a branched chain, an amide effective factor is introduced, the molecular structure of the amino is changed, the dispersion property of the water reducing agent is changed, and a phenomenon of bleeding and hardening of concrete is improved, so that the concrete has a better performance and meanwhile the effective time is prolonged, and the slump retaining aspect is further improved.
