Self-luminous anti-skidding pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a self-luminous anti-skidding pavement material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises an anti-skidding adhesive and single-particle-size luminous gravels, wherein the anti-skidding adhesive is formed by mixing a component A, a component B and refined quartz sand; the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of epoxy resin, 15-20 parts of polyalcohol, 15-20 parts of polyisocyanates, 10-15 parts of a flexibilizer, and 10-20 parts of a diluent; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of a curing active agent, 20-30 parts of an alicyclic amine curing agent and 20-30 parts of a curing accelerant. The self-luminous anti-skidding pavement material has the characteristics of being high in luminous intensity, long in luminescence time, good in anti-skidding performance and high in safety, can be used for motor vehicle lanes, and enables the application of a self-luminous pavement to be further developed.
