Ultraviolet-resistant plant fiber cement composite ribbon board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an ultraviolet-resistant plant fiber cement composite ribbon board. According to the invention, an amino resin dipping treatment process is employed to pretreat the surfaces of plant fiber so as to allow the internal and external surfaces of the plant fiber to be coated with a polymer film, then mist-like plant oil is sprinkled, so the entire fiber is compact, obtains certain rigidity and has improved water resistance; and then fly ash is added to modify and replace a part of cement, so the generation amount of hydrated calcium hydrate is decreased, and corrosion resistance of the plant fiber is improved. The prepared plant fiber cement composite ribbon board has moderate strength and ultraviolet ray resistance, can be nailed, planed and machined, and is low in cost and applicable to production of township enterprises.
