The invention discloses an environmental-friendly concrete pipe pile. According to the concrete pipe pile, ethoxylated rubber fiber is doped, so that an internal pore structure of concrete is effectively improved to form a large number of closed pores so as to prevent capillary pores from forming a continuous mesh architecture. An "anti-carbonation zone" is formed to have a further reinforcing effect in inhibiting intrusion of carbon dioxide. In addition, harmful pores and defect content of the concrete structure can be reduced, thereby lowering the alkalinity of a hydration product, and promoting conversion from a low-intensity hydration product to a high-intensity product.
