Thin-wall electric pole and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thin-wall electric pole, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 100-120 parts of ordinary portland cement, 20-28 parts of 1800-2000mesh silicon powder, 140-160 parts of fine quartz sand with a particle size of 0.16-1.25mm, 25-30 parts of water, 3-6 parts of sodium water glass, 10-30 parts of artificial microbeads, 8.5-15.5 parts of white mud fiber, 1.3-1.6 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.3-0.7 part of a reinforcing agent, and 5-8 parts of luminescent powder. The invention also discloses a preparation method. The thin-wall electric pole provided by the invention has the characteristics of light weight, high mechanical strength, aging resistance, erosion resistance, and thin wall, has a wall thickness of 20mm, and also has fluorescence at the same time. The preparation process involved in the invention is simple and feasible, and is suitable for industrial production.
