Outdoor durable pavement brick
The invention discloses an outdoor durable pavement brick, which is characterized by being composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 6 parts of attapulgite, 4 to 7 parts of bauxite, 30 to 50 parts of converter steel slag, 20 to 25 parts of talcum powder, 5 to 10 parts of kaolin, 15 to 25 parts of wasted glass micropowder, 1 to 2 parts of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 2 to 4 parts of sodium silicate powder, 2 to 4 parts of zinc oxide, 5 to 8 parts of brown sugar, 0.1 to 0.3 part of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and a proper amount of distilled water. The added attapulgite and bauxite can enhance the hardness, strength, wear-resistant performance, and weatherability of the pavement brick, and prolongs the service life. The provided pavement brick has excellent comprehensive performances, has good a wear-resistant performance and weatherability, and is non-slippery. Furthermore, the solid wastes are maximally utilized, the utilization rate is increased, the pavement brick is green and environment-friendly, the energy is saved, the discharge is reduced, and the brick is worth for promotion.
