Preparation method for hexagonal strontium ferrite with high coercivity
The present invention belongs to the technical field of magnetic materials, and discloses a preparation method for hexagonal strontium ferrite with high coercivity. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding Al2O3 into a primary pre-sintering material SrFe12O19 of strontium ferrite, after mixing the material, putting the mixed material into a planetary ball mill and performing wet-milling on the material to obtain slurry; (2) carrying out hang-drying on the slurry by use of filter cloth until water content of the slurry is 20%-25%, then putting the slurry into a wet-pressure magnetic field molding press to carry out pressing and molding, thereby obtaining blank; and (3) putting the blank into sintering equipment and raising the temperature of the blank to a sintering temperature of 1190-1290 DEG C to carry out sintering, after preserving the temperature for 30-120 minutes, cooling the blank to obtain the hexagonal strontium ferrite with high coercivity. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is free of rare earth addition and low in cost, and has characteristics of a simple operated process, easy-to-control adding amount, short preparation time, and the like; and by virtue of optimization of the preparation process, the obtained strontium ferrite has a good magnetic property.
