The invention discloses a manganese zinc ferrite material for increasing electrical resistivity. The material is prepared from the raw materials in parts by weight: 60-65 parts of hydroxy iron powder, 10-15 parts of iron sesquioxide, 25-27 parts of manganese oxide, 21-23 parts of zinc oxide, 4-5 parts of a silane coupling agent kh570, 5-7 parts of organic silicon resin, 1-2 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 7-9 parts of sodium silicate, 0.4-0.5 part of calcium oxide, 0.3-0.4 part of molybdenum powder, 0.5-0.6 part of aluminum triphosphate and a proper amount of water. The material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, and the product is good in stability, good in operability, high in initial permeability, high in electrical resistivity, less in loss and wide in using range, and can be produced on a large scale.
