High-magnetoconductivity high-impedance ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-magnetoconductivity high-impedance ferrite material having raw materials comprising main materials and auxiliary materials; the main materials comprise the components in parts by mole: 6-7.5 parts of nickel sulfate, 13-14 parts of copper sulfate, 6-7.5 parts of zinc sulfate, and 53-54.5 parts of ferric sulfate. Based on the total weight of the main materials, the auxiliary materials include 300-700 ppm of neodymium oxide, 400-600 ppm of vanadium oxide, 300-400 ppm of bismuth oxide, 20-150 ppm of molybdenum oxide, 300-400 ppm of boron oxide, 250-800 ppm of calcium silicate, 50-200 of lithium carbonate, 20-80 ppm of silica, 2000-2500 ppm of a binder, 6-8*10<6> ppm of an adsorbent, and 4-7*10<5> ppm of an emulsifier. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-magnetoconductivity high-impedance ferrite material.
