Surface-pressed type lamination device
The invention discloses a surface-pressed type lamination device and aims to solve the problem that conventional equipment cannot meet requirements of a high-frequency low-loss FERRO material production process. The surface-pressed type lamination device is characterized in that an upper pressing platform is arranged on a pressing platform portal frame vertical column, a lower pressing platform guide rail bracket (1) and lower pressing platform moving guide rails are fixedly arranged on a base of the lamination device; a lower pressing platform is arranged on the lower pressing platform moving guide rails; two lifting electric cylinders (13) are respectively arranged at the front end of the top surface of a mobile lower pressing platform bracket base plate (12); two lifting electric cylinders are respectively arranged at the rear end of the top surface of the mobile lower pressing platform bracket base plate (12); a workbench supporting block (14) is arranged in the center of the top surface of the mobile lower pressing platform bracket base plate (12); lifting electric cylinder output shaft passing holes are formed in the four corners of a workbench; lifting electric cylinder output shafts (29) pass through the lifting electric cylinder output shaft passing holes and then are connected with a raw ceramic piece fixing frame support plate (19); a raw ceramic piece fixing frame is arranged on the raw ceramic piece fixing frame support plate (19). The surface-pressed type lamination device has the advantages that lamination quality is high and raw materials are saved.
