The invention discloses a high drainage city round-the-city slow way, which comprises a slow way main body, wherein drainage areas are respectively arranged on the two sides of the slow way main body, plant areas are arranged outside the drainage areas, drainage pipes are correspondingly respectively arranged below the drainage areas, first broken stone layers are coated outside the drainage pipes, permeable broken stone layers, first geotechnical cloth layers, layer fine sand layers and planting soil layers are orderly paved above the first broken stone layers, turf layers are planted above the planting soil layers, corresponding permeable mouths are respectively arranged on the top ends and the two sides of the drainage pipes, corresponding planting holes are distributed on the planting areas, corresponding second broken stone layers are paved below the planting holes, second geotechnical cloth layers are paved above the second broken stone layers, and at least three branch drainage pipes are connected between the lower portions of the second broken stone layers arranged below the planting holes and the drainage pipes. The high drainage city round-the-city slow way drains water through a presupposed drainage system, and can not have a ponding situation in continuous rainy days.
