Concrete-ground shoveling manipulator
The invention discloses a concrete-ground shoveling manipulator, and relates to a manipulator for construction. The output shaft of a diesel internal combustion engine of the manipulator is connected with a belt transmission mechanism; the belt transmission mechanism is connected with a central transmission shaft; an executing mechanism consists of a central transmission shaft, sun gears, four concrete-ground shoveling shafts, four concrete-ground cleaning and conveying shafts, and internal gears; the sun gears, rotating arms and a big gear are mounted on a main transmission shaft; the concrete-ground shoveling shafts are fixedly connected with planetary gears and supported by the rotating arms; the concrete-ground cleaning and conveying shafts are fixedly connected with the planetary gears and supported by the rotating arms; the sun gears, the planetary gears and the rotating arms are integrally connected and positioned by the internal gears; the concrete-ground shoveling shafts and the concrete-ground cleaning and conveying shafts are uniformly distributed around the central transmission shaft. According to the manipulator, a plurality of spiral advancing blades are mounted on the surface of each conveying shaft; after the shoveling shafts are used for shoveling the ground, the fragments can be cleaned up in time by the radial force generated by the spiral blades and the axial force generated by the spiral blades, so that the problem that the efficiency is low when the ground is manually removed is solved.
