Axial reinforcement structure of corrugated steel culvert
The invention relates to an axial reinforcement structure of a corrugated steel culvert. Because of the influence of the soil pressure, self weight and vehicle load on the corrugated steel culvert, the axial direction of the corrugated steel culvert has uneven deformation and the sedimentation value in a pipe is too large. According to the invention, equal angle steel is arranged at the top surface of a corrugated steel pipe, and the equal angle steel is vertical to corrugation of the corrugated steel pipe; one side of the equal angle steel is vertical and is a vertical angle steel side; and the other side of the equal angle steel is the same with the shape of the corrugation of the corrugated steel pipe, is a corrugated angle steel side, is tightly coated on the upper surface of the corrugation of the corrugated steel pipe, and is fixed on the corrugated steel pipe through a fixing bolt. Compared with a common facility pre-camber method and the like, the axial reinforcement structure provided by the invention has the advantages that the concentrated stress at the top and two sides of the corrugated steel pipe can be dispersed, the strength of the corrugated steel pipe is increased, the integral stress performance of a corrugated steel plate is improved, the structure safety of the corrugated steel culvert is ensured, the construction quality is easy to control, the construction is relatively convenient, and the construction period can be effectively saved.
