Integrated minitype electric cylinder telescopic pile
The invention relates to an integrated minitype electric cylinder telescopic pile which comprises a cylindrical outer sleeve and a telescopic inner sleeve. The telescopic inner sleeve is inserted into the cylindrical outer sleeve in a sliding mode. An electric cylinder is vertically installed in the cylindrical outer sleeve. The upper end of an extending rod of the electric cylinder is connected with the top of the telescopic inner sleeve. A lower connecting piece connected with the electric cylinder is coaxially installed inside a fixed ring. A plurality of extending plates are evenly arranged on the lower connecting piece in the circumferential direction. One extending plate is provided with a limiting hole. An arc gap communicated with one gap is formed in the fixed ring. A positioning sleeve penetrates in the arc gap, and a positioning pin which moves up and down is arranged in the positioning sleeve. The side wall of the upper side of the telescopic inner sleeve is provided with a rotating lock. The rotating lock is connected with the upper end of the positioning pin through a rope connecting piece. According to the integrated minitype electric cylinder telescopic pile, the minitype electric cylinder is adopted for driving expansion and retraction, the size is small, and maintenance is convenient; an emergency unlocking mechanism is arranged, and therefore the telescopic inner sleeve can be taken out in the case of a power failure so as to enable vehicles to pass normally.
