The invention discloses a building block structure for an ecological hydraulic riverbed. The building block structure corresponds to the riverbed of a river and comprises a riverbed ecological protection layer laid on the riverbed. The riverbed ecological protection layer is formed by mutual connection of a plurality of riverbed building blocks. Each riverbed building block comprises a building block body. Through holes are formed in the middles of the building block bodies in the radial direction, bosses corresponding to the through holes are arranged on the upper end faces of the building block bodies, and bottom step holes corresponding to the through holes are formed in the lower end faces of the building block bodies.
