The grab bucket comprises collecting forks and moving forks; a fork body and track forks are arranged on the collecting forks; the moving forks and the collecting forks cooperate when the moving forks are located at the head of the collecting forks so that algae collection can be achieved; the moving forks can move to the tail of the collecting forks and carry the algae into an algae collecting box. By means of the grab bucket for cleaning the algae, the algae in water can be collected; the algae are conveyed into a collecting device in the rear through rotating and moving of the moving forks; the algae can be rapidly collected; device reutilization can be realized; besides, the grab bucket can be mounted on various cleaning ships and is high in adaptability.
