Driving box structure of cement-soil mixing pile driver
The invention relates to a driving box structure of a cement-soil mixing pile driver. The driving box structure solves the problem of uneven mixing existing when a conventional cement-soil mixing pile driver is used for drilling holes. The driving box structure comprises a driving box body with a cavity, wherein at least one main drilling rod hole is formed in the driving box body; at least two auxiliary drilling rod holes and at least one driving axle hole are formed at the outer side of the circumferential direction of the main drilling rod hole; the auxiliary drilling rod holes are annularly distributed by taking the center of the main drilling rod hole as the center of a circle; and the center of the main drilling rod hole is sequentially connected to the centers, which are not on the same straight line with the center of the main drilling rod hole, of any two auxiliary drilling rod holes to form a triangular structure. The driving box structure has the advantages that drilling rods are good in installation stability; a plurality of drilling rods can be arranged on the single driving box body, and the mixing is even; and the same-direction rotation and reverse-direction rotation of the main drilling rod and the auxiliary drilling rods can be realized by the single driver, thereby improving the evenness of mixing and the anti-pulling capacity of a cement-soil mixing pile and enlarging the perimeter of the cross section of the cement-soil mixing pile after construction.
