The front and the rear of the right portion of a first rectangular cutting frame are each fixedly provided with a first stirring arm, and the two first stirring arms are each provided with a plurality of second cutters in the direction to a second stirring shaft; the lower portions of the two stirring arms are each provided with a plurality of first cutters; the front and the rear of the left portion of the second rectangular cutting frame are each fixedly provided with a second stirring arm, and the two second stirring arms are each provided with a plurality of second cutters in the direction to a third stirring shaft; the lower portions of the two second stirring arms are each provided with a plurality of first cutters, and a plurality of second cutters are arranged in a frame body of a first rectangular cutting frame; and a plurality of first cutters are arranged on the lower portion of the frame body of the first rectangular cutting frame, a plurality of second cutters are arranged inside a frame body of a second rectangular cutting frame, and a plurality of first cutters are arranged on the lower portion of the frame body of the second rectangular cutting frame.
