The invention provides a construction method of a foundation pit support soil retaining and water blocking structure. Two steel channels are fixedly connected to steel reinforcement cages and are both provided with mounting grooves, the plurality of steel reinforcement cages are then respectively put in corresponding pile holes at the periphery of a pit foundation to be supported, concrete is poured into each pile hole, and cast-in-place piles are formed. Baffles are inserted between the adjacent two cast-in-place piles, the two ends of the baffles are respectively inserted in the mounting grooves of the steel channels in the cast-in-place piles on the two sides of the baffles, and a soil retaining and water blocking edge is jointly formed by the baffles and the cast-in-place piles on the two sides. After the pit foundation to be supported is backfilled with soil, the baffles reusable are pulled out. The baffles used in the construction method can be repeatedly used, the cost can be reduced, and the construction speed is high.
