The invention discloses a shock absorption foundation structure of a device and a construction method of the shock absorption foundation structure. By means of the shock absorption foundation structure, the shock absorption effect can be improved, and maintenance expenses can be reduced. The shock absorption foundation structure comprises a foundation layer, a filling layer, shock absorbers and a secondary foundation. Shock absorption grooves are formed in the foundation layer. The installation faces of the shock absorbers are arranged on foundation bottom plates of the shock absorption grooves. The filling layer is arranged on the inner walls and the foundation bottom plates of the shock absorption grooves. Shock absorption faces lower than the shock absorbers are filled with the portions, above the foundation bottom plates, of the filling layer. An installation groove is formed by the filling layer. The secondary foundation is arranged in the installation groove and located on the shock absorption faces of the shock absorbers. It is ensured that the construction method includes the following steps that firstly, the foundation layer is poured, and the shock absorbers are arranged on the foundation layer; then, a waterproof layer and the filling layer are sequentially constructed, and a reinforcing steel bar framework can be installed on the filling layer; and then, the secondary foundation is formed through pouring. By means of the shock absorption foundation structure and the construction method of the shock absorption foundation structure, the shock absorption effect of a shock absorption foundation can be improved, and the maintenance cost and the construction cost can be reduced.
